PAYMENT

Payment can be made via :

Maybank account : 1122 0422 9064 (SHAHIDA BINTI HARUN)

1. Deposit the full payment to the account stated above.
2. Email your full name, delivery address, phone no, total payment made, item(s) code, transaction no, date and time to shahidaharun@yahoo.com or sms to +6 016 246 0016 or both.
3. Keep your transaction receipt until you received your item(s).
4. We may request the transaction receipt to be fax or email to us as evidence if there is any doubt.
5. Please check your item once received and inform us immediately if there is any defect on the item. We will check the item before ship it out to you.
6. Please check the item(s) availability with us before making any payment.

BOOKING

1. We do accept booking for 3 days with small fee of RM30 except for Sale Items.
2. Please check with us the availability of your desire booking item(s) before making payment for booking.
3. Please remit full payment after 3 days. Failure which we have the right to sell the booked item(s) without any notice.
4. Booking fee is not refundable. Please ensure your booking before placing one.
5. We will not entertain any booking request without payment.

RETURN POLICY

1. All item(s) purchased from SayangSutera.com is not returnable nor refundable.
2. If the mistakes comes from our part (defect, different ordered item or etc) we will replace or refund minus the shipping cost.
3. The defect item must be returned to us before we can replace or refund. We will not accept replace or refund request after 7 days of item received. Please check your item once received and inform us immediately if there any defect.
4. The customer should bear the shipping cost for the return item. We would advise you to use Poslaju or courier service to return the item to us.

COLOR

1. Color of the Sutera may differ on what on the picture than the actual due to picture taking technique, monitor resolution and etc.
2. You may email us to clarify the actual color.
3. Please only purchase if you agree with this terms and conditions.

Rakan Sutera

1. Diskaun 5% ini tidak sah digunakan bersama-sama promosi lain yang sedang berlangsung. Tetapi anda boleh menggunakan diskaun anda untuk membeli produk lain yang tidak termasuk di dalam promosi atau gunakan untuk pembelian seterusnya.
2. Diskaun 5% hanya boleh digunakan sekali sahaja, dan dalam jangkamasa 2 bulan dari tarikh pendaftaran.
3. Untuk melayakkan anda menerima komisen 5%, pastikan rakan anda mengisi email anda pada  ruangan “Diperkenalkan oleh”.
   
4. Komisen 5% hanya akan dibayar apabila jumlah terkumpul mencapai RM 25.00 ke atas.
5. Pembayaran komisen akan dimasukkan terus ke dalam akaun bank Malaysia anda. Kami akan menghubungi anda untuk mendapatkan maklumat akaun apabila anda telah layak.
   
6. Komisen 5% ini akan berlangsung untuk satu tempoh yang terhad. Kami akan berusaha memastikan ia berlangsung dalam jangkamasa yang agak panjang.
7. Diskaun 5% dan Komisen 5% adalah dari nilai barangan tidak termasuk kos penghantaran dan pengendalian.
8. Tawaran ini tidak sah kepada ahli Revell bagi pembelian barangan Revell atau mereka yang ingin mendaftar menjadi ahli Revell.
9. Tawaran ini hanya sah untuk pembelian pada harga yang tertera kecuali atas budibicara SayangSutera.com dan persetujuan kedua-dua pihak.
10. SayangSutera.com berhak meminda mana-mana terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di sini pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis.
